Good news for once. With the major changes in the worldwide tariff systems (that is the Bad News), in particular with shipping to the USA and removal of the $800 'de minimus' option on imports to the USA, we have moved over to a platform that allows us to offer DDP - Delivery Duties Paid to the USA and a number of European destinations.
What is DDP?
Put simply DDP or DDI (Delivery Duties Included) means that you can pay any taxes and duties at the time you place the order knowing that you are not going to get any hidden shocks on arrival, and generally it means that the package won't get stuck in customs. You order, pay and the package arrives on your doorstep. It is that simple - we look after the rest.
Big improvements in shipping
As part of the ove to DDP, we have adjusted our international shipping rate to be based around the weight of the package, and for many destinations we can even offer two levels of shipping, a slightly slower but cheaper service, and a faster courier service or when you need your order NOW! You just choose from the options on checkout.
We can offer DDI to the following countries
