Adaptors
Adaptors - the bits that normally fit onto the ends of a cable to change the plug type.
If you have the choice between a cable and adaptor then we would normally suggest you consider using a cable as they tend to be easier to use and more robust.
Adaptors should only really be used as a last resort as they increase the length of any plug and are generally more awkward to use.

I already owned and enjoyed a Pebble, so decided to try a 2B as well. The complete kit with power supply and computer connection seemed the way to go, so I went for that. Very happy with the result.
For me the Stereo mode was the big upgrade over the Pebble, as I still enjoy the Pebble's built-in modes, perhaps more than those on the 2B.
Maybe the 2B design is showing it's age a bit, particularly with the strange shared computer and audio port. An updated version needs to have a proper USB port for control, maybe WiFi, plus Bluetooth for audio. We shall see.
