Shipping ElectroGel to the USA
Due to issues with USA customs deciding that personal lubricants which includes our ElectroGel are now classified as a medical device and thus require pre notification and full FDA approval.
FDA approval for a medical device would typically cost around 20-200K and takes around 2 years, so it is not something we are currently considering.
Unfortunately this change means we currently cannot ship any of our e-stim lubricants to the USA. The rest of the world is fine.
We are working on a solution, but at the moment we suggest a simple water based lube might help.
